• All import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item selling price.

• You have to responsible for the above charges when you collect from the courier company or local customs office.

• We are not able to mark the item as 'gifts' or write the value of the items lower than they are on the shipping labels/invoices due to the custom declaration laws.

• Since our items are being sold simultaneously on various platforms, it is possible that the items are sold on other platforms before you decided to buy the item.

• We guarantee all items are 100% authentic. We will check the authenticity before it listed on eBay. Unless there is a third-party assessment (e.g. a certificate) is proved, we will not accept any request for a return just because you only have reasonable suspicion the item is not authentic.

• Customs duty is not included in the goods price, and the shipping Company we uses is not duty included.

•  Therefore, customs duty may be incurred depending on the destination countries.

• We cannot describe the items as gifts, or we are unable to write the value lower than the selling price which will be marked on the shipping labels/invoices.

• The Buyers have the responsibility to pay all of the taxes and any other fees charged by your local customs.   

• We have no control over the customs duty charged by the customs authority of the destination, and you are advised to make an enquiry to the local customs authority yourself. Please also contact the local customs authority in relation to any delay caused by customs clearance.

• The shipping may be delayed by customs selective examination or customs clearance depending on the processes of various customs authorities.

• For details please make an enquiry to your local customs authority. 

• We only accept return goods for the following reason, within 30 days from delivery date.
• The items delivered is not that ordered by the customer.
• The items are damaged during shipping.
• The items received by the buyer doesn't match the listing.

• For the brand-new product, we will not accept any request for return in any case.

• We don’t accept any request for return due to personal reasons.

• You are required to pay the return shipping fees and import tax to the destination country/region, which is non-refundable.

• When you pass the returned item to the courier, please write down “Return Item” on the declaration form and the box.

• Do not remove the security tag on the item. We will not refund or offer a replacement once the security tag has been removed.

• We will only offer a partial refund if the return item condition had some changes compared with the listing description. Please pack the item carefully to avoid possible damage.

• You must use a shipping method with a tracking number to return the order and please inform us by the eBay message function.

•   Please note that since our items are being sold simultaneously on various platforms, and it is possible that the items are sold on other platforms but not yet updated. In the case, it had been sold out after you paid and before shipping, we will cancel your order and arrange a full refund as soon as possible.

• eBay will automatically open an Unpaid Item Case if it not paid within 4 days. We will cancel the order and re-list the item.
